Assistant Foreman Cutting Department
Hutten Beef is a leading company in the beef industry, focusing on delivering high-quality beef to customers worldwide. In order to further shape the growth and development of our company, we are looking for an Assistant Foreman for our cutting department. Your task will be to ensure that production takes place according to plan and provide guidance where necessary. Your responsibilities:
- Supporting the Foreman of the Cutting Department
- Supervising and directing the employees in the cutting department
- Acting as a substitute foreman for the Cutting Department
- Compliance with all HACCP procedures
- Responsible for maintaining the quality of our beef products
What we ask of you:
- Experience with meat is an advantage
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
- MBO-level vocational education and thinking
- Relevant work experience is an advantage, but if you have no experience but have ambitions to learn the trade, you are also eligible for this position. You will then be trained internally.
- Flexible attitude and willingness to work in shifts
- Proactive attitude, pragmatic thinking, and good communication skills (in Dutch and English)
